We weren’t just after adventure—we were chasing something more. Four strangers, brought together by wind, waves, and a shared craving for freedom, became an unconventional family on a remote island in the Philippines. Days were all about kitesurfing, and nights were for swapping stories under the stars. A strong bond formed, sparking a vision: to create a global community where the thrill of water and wind brings us all together.

Nadia is an ex-senior leader at adidas, where she helped drive €500M in revenue. She’s all about growth and knows how to execute strategies that make a real impact and surpass targets. With tons of experience navigating global markets, she crafts innovative, consumer-focused brand strategies that resonate with riders like us.
Vic
Brand Marketing Lead & Co-founder
Vic is a former brand marketing manager at LVMH Group (Hennessy & Dior), Chanel, and Shiseido, where she managed a €5M marketing budget. She’s got a track record of creating and executing brand strategies that boost awareness and drive growth.
Aviv
Sports Marketing Lead & C-founder
As an accomplished Sports Marketing Manager, Aviv boasts a strong portfolio and an extensive network of water sports athletes, influencers, and emerging talents. With 5 years of experience teaching kitesurfing around the world, Aviv knows and loves the sport from inside out.
Itay
Sales Lead & Co-founder
Itay brings 6 years of experience teaching kitesurfing, wing foiling, and surfing. His passion for water sports has taken him around the globe, where he has honed his skills in both teaching and sales.
Proficient in B2B2C sales and project management, Itay combines his love for surfing.
