Utila offers year-round diving, featuring vibrant reefs, wrecks, and frequent whale shark encounters, making it one of the Caribbean’s top dive destinations.

  • Best Season (March–October): Calm seas, warm water (29–30°C), and excellent visibility (20–40m).
  • Whale Shark Season (March–April & September–December): Best chances to spot these gentle giants.
  • Off-Season (November–February): More unpredictable weather, but diving remains possible with cooler water (27–28°C) and some choppy conditions.
