Playa de Los Lances is Tarifa’s main surf beach, offering a wide, sandy beach break with multiple peaks and consistent swell exposure in autumn and winter. It delivers fun, punchy waves from waist-high to overhead, ideal for shortboards and mid-lengths. Best with west or northwest swells and offshore Levante winds, easy paddle-outs, and a relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere outside the busy summer months.
