Activity Risks: Acknowledge that kitesurfing, windsurfing, wing foiling, surfing, freediving, scuba diving, and related adventures involve INHERENT AND SIGNIFICANT RISKS OF INJURY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE. outriderx provides information and a platform; participation is AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Safety First: You are solely responsible for assessing conditions, your skills/health, using proper gear, obtaining training/certification, and complying with local laws/regulations. Never push beyond your limits.
User-Generated Content (UGC):
You retain ownership, but grant outriderx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and perform UGC in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You represent you have the rights to post the UGC.
We have the right (not obligation) to monitor, remove, or refuse any UGC for any reason.
Intellectual Property (IP): outriderx owns the Service, its content (logos, design, text – excluding your UGC), and underlying technology. No unauthorized use.
Purchases (If Applicable): Detail payment terms, shipping (if physical goods), returns/refunds policy, taxes. Link to separate policy if needed.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of Terms or any reason, with or without notice.

Activity Disclaimer: outriderx DOES NOT provide instruction, guided tours, or equipment rental. Information on the Service (destinations, spots, weather, locations, events, gear recommendations, businesses) is for general interest ONLY and may be inaccurate or outdated. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND DECISIONS RELATED TO ADVENTURE SPORTS.
No Liability for Third Parties: Events, instructors, gear sellers, or other users listed/connected via the Service are independent. We are not responsible for their actions, offerings, or safety.
Liability Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, outriderx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/revenue/data arising from your use of the Service or participation in activities discussed/promoted on it.
Users falsely claiming to be 16+ assume full legal/financial responsibility for violations. outriderx disclaims liability for fraudulent age representation.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify outriderx against claims/losses arising from your UGC, use of Service, violation of Terms, or participation in activities.
